Life is serious enough as it is and as adults we certainly do serious well. There is nothing fun in the mundane daily tasks of being an adult. But it is because of that very reason that we have to inject a little fun into our lives.

We need to take our cue from kids.  We need to lose ourselves in play.  Be a gorilla, or a dinosaur, or even a villain. We need to watch as kids squeal in delight and then do the same! We need to forget who is watching and we certainly need to stop being so constrained by what we think other people expect of us.

Instead we should just feel the freedom of being fully alive, all our senses open wide and we need to create like a child.

Be free, wild and just have fun.

Be curious and begin to explore life with a beginners mind.

Imagine how different your life could be.

There really are no limitations.
